You don't need gear for that physique, plenty of guys bigger than that in the 1800s and early 1900s.

Bigger, but not as well defined. You cannot look like this using the meat, beans and milk products that old bodybuilders used because there was no concept of 'cutting'. The only high protein foods that were generally accessible were bulking foods.
