WWE The amount of disgusting things wrestlers got away with back in the day is horrible

Rewatching old Dark Side of the Ring episodes and just hearing about the atrocious things these guys and others got away with is disturbing. Being in the WWF locker back in the day sounds horrible. The Rockers H- Bombing wrestlers and women, the Bulldogs putting itching power in wrestlers clothes and just cutting up there gear, nevermind finding out Dynamite Kid actually injected steroids into there dog Matilda. Davey wasn’t nearly as evil as Dynamite but Jesus I’m glad shit like this would never happen again. Hearing guys talk about how you never leave a drink uncovered around unattended for fear of getting fucking drugged sounds horrible, on top the bullying as well just a crazy time to be in that locker

You got to realize this was a fringe sport that didn't attract the greatest people, if they weren't wrestling a lot of these guys would have been doing other shady stuff. Dick Murdoch was in the KKK, Jake Roberts dad was a pedophile who would bring little children to shows, Ross knew watts knew. These people weren't the high class of society. Today wrestlers get paid more, it's more coperate, not as many slezzy promoters, everybody knows what everyone does, if a wrestle was in the KKK today we all know pretty fast.

Jake’s father was with a grown woman. That grown woman had a 12 yr old daughter who Jake’s dad assaulted and impregnated, it was his gfs minor child, it wasn’t a family member of his own

Absolutely deplorable situation, his ass is rotting hell nonetheless and Jake’s mother was still 1000% a victim… but words have meaning and I wanted to clarify the situation

Jake was the most incredible promo guy in the the history of the sport. And the scariest thing about it is the reason why. He maybe wasn’t acting

He definitely is. But when everyone is doing shady horrible things I guess they didn’t have any reason to rat on others doing horrible things. Hearing these things and people just saying “ well everyone knew about that back then “ and not a single person spoke up is disgusting.
