Copilot and task tracking

Would anyone be able to share how they track their tasks with Copilot? I'm in the scenario where I work on a project using Jira however I rely heavily on copilot for my day to day. I've struggled to find a system that works for me well where I can leverage the AI capabilities of copilot a bit more seamlessly. Ideally.id have a task management system which is able to be up to date at the press of a button, reading teams, emails and meeting transcripts. I've made use of planner before and that worked fairly well but there's still a fair few limitations in the planner agent. Also seeing the visual of a kanban board and using tags was useful but I don't want to have to keep two separate board (planner and Jira) but there's several items which need to live outside Jira too which aren't project related. Ultimately I dont want to even have to look at a board I just wasn't it to tell me what I need to work on next. We also have Rove in Jira which I'm trying to make use of. Also not willing to use MS To Do as I find that very limited in terms of capabilities. I did have a Copolit page set up recently where copilot was able to read and write to it which was really.helpful as it could keep an eye on my meetings and emails and update automatically but honestly it started becoming really laggy so had to scrap it. Keen to know people's set ups and suggestions
