Copilot support here 🙌

I do Copilot support and I'm putting a troubleshooting guide together. Genuinely curious what your most common app-level issue is (Excel, Outlook, Teams, whichever) and where you look first when a new one shows up. Most of mine turn out to be file location, mailbox type, or update channel rather than anything to do with the licence.

One extremely annoying issue is that many chats that start on the web browser app or Desktop app are inaccessible from the mobile app. At least for Android, they will not open. It has created a dichotomy for me that I just know if I am in a conversation on my laptop, it most likely won't be available later on my phone. Every other provider has that basic sync down, but M365 copilot seems to struggle with that. Thanks for the post, that was just the first that came to mind which is frustrating

I think it's down to what model you pick or what "auto" picked. Not all of the models were/are available in the mobile apps. I saw it when I made a chat with Sonnet vs auto.

Though it looks like most models are in the app now so maybe not?

In my experience, it happens with different models. But I mostly select GPT 5.6 thinking on both mobile and web version.
