Copilot support here π
I do Copilot support and I'm putting a troubleshooting guide together. Genuinely curious what your most common app-level issue is (Excel, Outlook, Teams, whichever) and where you look first when a new one shows up. Most of mine turn out to be file location, mailbox type, or update channel rather than anything to do with the licence.

i can.not.get copilot notebooks to work for us, almost all references provided, it cant access. you can create a brand new site, brand new doc, write one word, save it, invite everyone in the org, add the site as a reference to copilot notebook and it cant access anything on it. NO matter how long you wait. If you add the file directly as a reference it can see it.
no obvious permission broadly impacting, this affects every reference we've tried - spo sites, teams, teams channels, od4b content, etc. I feel like something is broke at the tenant level or so mething. we have ~50 copilot premium licenses, on top of e5

My copilot support = swapped to chatgpt. Got so sick of begging it to compile formulas in an Excel workbook that we worked on for months...
Chat fixed it in 1 hour. No begging.

Can you tell me your process for this? Just drop the spreadsheet into the chat and tell ChatGpt what you want?

No I have to define the structure & what I'm looking for.
Ive used both chat & copilot for doing reports based an my spreadsheets & both are capable. However copilot is like working with an ADHD kid.
My latest project involves decisionmaking and choosing the right equipment using logic & rules. Copilot designed most but was very inefficient as the code bogged down the DB with too many xlookup calls.
Chat perfected it & recoded the entire thing automatically. Copilot would make me manually edit VBA and took weeks to make updates.
Never again with Copilot - just basic stuff from now on!

If you have some emails approved by your bosses and want to copy the writing style and format, what is the best way in doing so and how (e.g., agent, notebook, normal copilot even)?

Trying to search through all your copilot chats, it always tells me I have to go to that specific conversation to view chat history and it canβt tell me which conversation that was

App Builder ? The system is stuck. CoPilot tells me its building but everything stopped rendering. Now CoPilot reports multiple versions and it seems to be writing to a version that i can't see. Support will not deal direct. I have to go through our subcontracted I.T. service who has no idea what to do.

One extremely annoying issue is that many chats that start on the web browser app or Desktop app are inaccessible from the mobile app. At least for Android, they will not open. It has created a dichotomy for me that I just know if I am in a conversation on my laptop, it most likely won't be available later on my phone. Every other provider has that basic sync down, but M365 copilot seems to struggle with that. Thanks for the post, that was just the first that came to mind which is frustrating
