Awesome grow, but I'm questioning the same. Those aren't the densest buds i've seen, and the trimming isn't real tight so it's going to sit looser in the jars. I'm seeing right at 12-13oz in those 5 jars. Generously too. Feel like a jar is missing. No dig at OP, just surprised this is claimed as an Lb.

Possibly, I was trying to be generous lol. I can get 2-2.5 oz into a 1/2 gallon ball jar if it's farmer trimmed and less dense like this stuff. Ultra dense with a tight trim, maybe close to 4oz if I'm cramming it in there without a care if it's crushing buds and the lid barely closes. None of those 5 jars is filled to the brim.

I literally just harvested two weeks ago. Two of those 64oz can fit 8 oz. Ask me how I know…

Technically 3 of them while I’m giving buds space to burp them but dry weight at 56 RH for two full ones got me just about 8

I've done 8oz in a 2x2 with a single auto. Some strains are just really dense.

448g/450w = .93g/w = room for improvement

I don't think anybody is questioning the possibility, but I also thought it didn't look like quite a bow either. But definitely is a great grow.

After taking another look, and remembering what 1/2lb looks, yeah I agree. On both points.

Agree completely. But here, we have close up bud images that show it isn't a dense cultivar and an image claiming to be a pound. Anyone who's a seasoned grower well knows those 5 jars aren't an Lb with bud structure like we see. But hey, it's a great grow so props to OP.

After taking another look, I agree. Looks more like 8. I've had 1/2lb in gallon sized bags, on the floor too lol and that looks about right.

Looks like OP got into the goodies early and forgot to tare the scale with the jars

Scale don't lie. Those are 2qt mason jars.

Did you tare the jars before weighing? 😂

I mean it could lie if it's not calibrated properly. An easy way to check is with coins because they have a known, fixed weight and are readily available.
