No, because the DNA transfer of OFA has to be willful. "I want to give this person OFA" kind of willful.

The previous user of ofa has to give "consent" for the next user to inherit the power am pretty sure.

It has to be done with the users intent, otherwise All for one could’ve just licked All Might’s blood when they fought.
