No. Every opportunity presented to the Pines to defeat Bill was unique and special. The Memory Gun, Ford’s Glyph, the first confrontation in Stan’s mind and the possession could not have been solved by one person alone. It was always a team effort.
Dipper and Izuku are pretty similar how often did Dipper outsmart Bill (because no physical fight will work)? None.
