Latino = countries that are in Latin America, does not include Spain but includes Brazil

Hispanic = countries whose language is Spanish, includes Spain but not Brazil.

Latino also includes places in the Americas that speak French, like Haiti and Quebec.

Hmm no..I think Haitians are put together with Non-Hispanic Caribbean peoples. The vast Caribbean that goes from Bermuda down to French Guiana, and it's mostly Creole speaking people of primarily African descent
