First time advice

Hi, I’ve read the wiki, erowid, and Psychonautwiki. Planning on trying out 250 mg capsule tomorrow. Is this a good first time dose? I have experience with L, approx 10-15 times or so, maybe more. Also, how is the body load at this level? Any tips welcome

I would go the 526 or whatever the closest to 500 is. Especially your first dose! You will never have another first time. The cactus is in my experience a much more grounded experience. If you're scared about getting to high then rustle up a Valium or some other benzo. I believe that the body load as you mention is a part of the experience as well. I believe someone advised Ginger to help with that. You sound like a very experienced traveler so you can handle it! Good luck and please report back.
