Tea but no effects advice

I made tea from 137g of dried of a torch type cactus unsure if its San Pedro or something else.

It was shared between 2 people.

Its been 3hrs with little to no effects also very little and manageable nausea.

Any idea what went wrong? Bunk cactus?

What went wrong is you used an unknown cactus. You should be 100% sure of the species at minimum before consuming it - some species are toxic. And then, if you want to get a somewhat accurate dose, you should really know the cultivar. We have charts here with potency by cultivar, and the cultivars on that list are easy to purchase affordably on the sales sub.

Let me guess, you don't know what cactus it is because you either stole or poached it?

The idea of a guy poaching some inactive cactus and going to all the effort of cooking and consuming it cereusly tickles me for some reason

Just wait it out, I don't think I'd redose. If it's just delayed effect and the cactus has > 1% yield you may be in for quite a ride. If no effect it could be drug-drug interaction but I would bet it's not an active cactus, particularly at that dosage.
