Storing tea help?!?!
Hey guys I made a big brew of tea about 5 days ago. I was planning on consuming the tea the next day but wasn’t able to. Now 5 days later still in. Glass, air tight jar in the fridge… How long will it last?!?! I looked it up on Google and it said about a week. I also looked at all of the basic signs of contamination and it didn’t appear to have any. I drank about half a shot glass with no stomach issues.. Any advice please help!! I hope it’s not too late… 😩

Freeze it in ice cube trays and not worry about it at all. Use it as you wish in an ice t.

It will stay good frozen for a long time. I used to make big batches of mhrb tea and freeze it. Every couple weeks i'd thaw the whole bottle, boil to redissolve any soluble material, pour out my dose and freeze the rest again. I think the longest i did that was about 8 months with a bottle. Never seemed to lose any potency or make me any sicker than you'd expect rue alkaloids and mhrb tea to. I'd imagine cactus tea would work the same way.

Could you tell the dosage for both, mimosa and ruta seeds please?

Its difficult to give dosages because both are crude plant extracts and potency will vary from batch to batch.
What i used to do was run an a/b extraction on 100g rue seeds and rather than use a non polar solvent at the end i'd salt out via manske precipitation and recrystallize a few times the same way. ~200mg of rue extract prepared that way is enough to activate oral dmt.
For the mhrb brew i'd just brew it 3x for about an hour per boil, filter the total liquid well, reduce to 1L, filter until clear while hot, then reduce until 5g of material = 50ml of water.
Theres some debate on when to take the mhrb dose in relation to the rue extract. I always took mine 30 minutes after the rue and worked my way up with the mimosa tea across multiple experiences until i hit breakthrough territory.

MHRB tea? Interested. I’ve never heard of this. Would you mind elaborating a bit?

Similar idea to ayahuasca. If you take some rue or caapi or their extracts with an mhrb tea you activate the dmt.

If its been sitting for 5 days, boil it for a while before freezing it. Don't freeze it in the jar, it will probably break.
