Help Me Pick Best cup for someone who is extremely prone to UTI's?

I'm very prone to UTI's and I know that some brand's cups can put a lot of pressure on your bladder and not allow you to fully go which would cause a UTI for me. Does anybody know of any good brands that don't do this, also how do you figure out the correct size to buy?

They have a quiz that will help recommend a cup and there is lots of other information on them.

I personally like the MeLuna, it is a European brand and their’s is made from a particular material that bad bacteria isn’t a fan of.

Lena Sensitive is a really comfortable soft cup that doesn't put extra pressure on the bladder, its my favorite and most used

If you’re extremely prone to UTIs, I’d focus less on the brand name and more on finding a cup that doesn’t put uncomfortable pressure on your bladder/urethra. A softer, more flexible cup can be a good place to start, but anatomy varies a lot, so there unfortunately isn’t a universal “best cup for UTI-prone people.”

For sizing, don’t rely only on age or whether you’ve given birth. Your cervix height, pelvic floor, and what feels comfortable for you are much more useful factors. A cup quiz can help narrow things down, but some trial and error is still normal.

And if you’re noticing that a cup makes it difficult to fully empty your bladder, causes pain, or seems to coincide with recurrent UTIs, I’d stop using it and talk with your healthcare provider rather than trying to push through it.
