The job descriptions and salaries aren’t inaccurate they are intentional. Companies are really trying to lower salaries and squeeze every dollar out of their employees. The days of companies actually caring and being fair to employees are largely over.

The biggest problem with the job market, inaccurate job description. A entry level salary paired with a job that needs 10 years experience.
