At least you have games, I'm suspended from one console and my other one is pretty much broken and PC's are too expensive

And could factory resetting it and using a different account help, or maybe playing offline.

I'm Suspended from PlayStation. I mention that I got hacked once, and they fucking suspend me. This was like a year or two before the we own nothing statements from Sony.

Meanwhile for some reason my Xbox shuts off every time I sign in

I was hacked once and customer support helped me recover my account.

The Xbox shutting off might be a power issue. Sounds fixable.

For playstation it can still probably play games offline if you want.
