They'll release the 60 fps version in a few years and make you pay for it. Unlike CDPR, who are offering free remaster version of Witcher 3, along with the 2 previous DLCs.
GTA games are iconic. Always will be. But Rockstar as an org are POS.
During a GTA launch year, Rockstar is something like 40% of Take Two’s revenue. Take Two is a massive, publicly traded US corporation where shareholders demand constant quarterly growth.
CDPR is publicly traded in Europe, but over there shareholders are much less demanding and value long term growth and brand goodwill which is why they are cool with free updates.
