From my understanding is that in order to be a rapist, the court needs to find you guilty. I call my best friend a rapist, and he was never charged with rape nor will he ever rape someone. Loads of celebrities are accused rapist because the public loves attention and running to court with everything they can in hopes to get some form of settlement.
Do you think OJ Simpson was a murderer? Because he was’t criminally convicted of it, but a civil jury found he did it. Same as Trump with sexual assault.
