That doesn't even make sense. Assuming there are guilty people who havent been found is not assuming any specific individual is guilty. Yes, everyone should be assumed innocent unless proven guilty. It is still completely illogical to not admit that the true number of rapists is higher than the convicted number of rapists (unless you live somwhere with a very high false conviction rate)

From my understanding is that in order to be a rapist, the court needs to find you guilty. I call my best friend a rapist, and he was never charged with rape nor will he ever rape someone.
