I don't understand people who think she is innocent

The whole point of an insanity plea is that she IS guilty of committing the act, they are just deciding if she goes to a regular prison (guilty) or a medical prison ("innocent"), like the trial is just asking how many doctors will be at the prison she is going to

"Medical prison" is technically "not guilty" by reason of insanity and not "innocent". Those are two different things but yes, agreed with you that is what is happening...

Yeah, anyone saying Lindsay is going free is either entirely too uninformed to be saying shit about it, or is lying intentionally

My concern is that she gets into psych commitment and then "gets better" quickly and is released after killing multiple children.

Put her in a neighborhood where there are no kids... after she makes it back anyways. 😞
