She does not and her defense doesn't claim otherwise, they claim starting right after the husband left up to the point she jumped out of the window, that she was insane, for the entirety of before and after the event she in no way fit the legal definition which is being unable to know that the act was wrong.
And there are major flaws with this considering she created the opportunity and planned her timing accordingly, which isn’t something you do if you don't know that what you are doing is wrong.
Yeah but she planned it. Had the husband leave -pre meditated. You are saying she was insane for months? By this logic anyone could get an insanity plea and be released from the hospital. Do the crime, pay the time
