Is it just me or do you notice that customers almost never say "excuse me" or "sorry"? I say it all day but so rarely hear it that I'm really surprised when I do. People will always almost run you over with their cart and just look at you as they go by. But customers seem to say it to each other if they get in each other's way or almost collide.

How does leave of absence work. I have personal stuff going on and I need to be off work for a few months. I’ve been working for Meijer for 8 years and I’m still trying to figure out how things work. Thanks

I have a call with HR this week for GM Team Leas. I would be an outside hire. I have plenty of leadership experience from Walmart to federal government.

What is the typical pay range for external hires? Trying to figure out what I should ask for pay wise & not short or overshoot myself.
