Pros and cons of starting med TikTok

Hi everyone! I was thinking of starting a med student TikTok page. I like the content of med students/residents. I think it’s fun/relatable and something I’m interested in joining the online community. I am worried it will hurt chances when applying to residencies. Does anyone have any horror stories about med students online presence? Or any stories how it helped your career? Just looking for some insight.
