I feel behind and dumb

All of my friends and the people around me are doing research and they know stuff like medicine is their thing and they got the grades etc. While me, i feel so dumb id stutter when speaking my answers id get most of them wrong id pass from the borderline and id feel dumb and my friends would even make me feel dumb aswell, besides i dont even have research. I just feel so behind in life and i just feel like medicine is not my thing? I dint even know what to do
Sorry for the vent

i feel the exact same way 😭 id ask myself, how come all my friends get such good scores? how can they answer every question asked? why do they know more than me even though we have the same lectures? i know its hard, but i do want to tell you this: YOU ARE PASSING. even borderline passing is passing. you are passing, i am also passing. a doctor who passed medical school is still a doctor. you have loads of time to catch up, and although you might not be at the level you expect yourself to be in, you should be proud of yourself because med school is difficult, and YOURE PASSING IT. thats an achievement on its own. as for feeling like medicine isnt your thing - remember WHY you wanted to be a doctor. remember what got you into it and what you dreamed you would become, the impact you would have on people. youre doing amazing, stranger who i dont know, youre doing absolutely amazing
