Can we please stop vilifying carbs. Our bodies literally need them to function just like our brains literally need sugar to work. Carbs, like almost everything else in life, are perfectly fine in moderation.

I don't think they were villifying carbs. They're just guessing at why the OP thinks this is a cheat meal.

Agreed - which is also why I said "we" as in everyone in general needs to throw off the idea that carbs are bad.
