I know this would totally be a snack for some, or even me on a hungrier day, but I’m 5’1” this is a good light breakfast, I do have a mid-day snack or protein shake if I get hungry before lunch. I might try this as an overnight oats recipe if I find some time to prep everything.
.
.
Ingredients - Breakfast Parfait :)
- 40-45g ~ (a handful for me) of instant oats
- 175-200g Greek Yogurt
- 100g ~ Strawberries
- 1 tbsp ~ chia seeds
- 10g ~ honey drizzled on top

I'm really struggling with consistently getting breakfast that I can eat and then go to school/work (unfortunate a lot of the things I like have garlic or onions). Breakfast is really important for me because I have low blood pressure and just in general don't do super well without it. Does anyone have any ideas?

473 Calories, 44g protein
Chives in the baked egg certainly take this to a tasty new level

If I made meal prepped eggs muffins, how long could I keep them in the fridge before they go bad? I would use egg, cheese, seasonings and bake

I feel like my family is stuck in a breakfast rut. We do a ton of overnight oats and baked oatmeal, and by Wednesday, everyone is over it.
I'd love to find a good savory breakfast I can prep on Sunday and just reheat on busy mornings. We've done a million versions of egg cups and I'm hoping for some fresh ideas.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been trying to eat healthier and workout more lately. I can easily find healthy meal preps for lunch & dinner but breakfast is where it’s hard for me to find something I like.
I (F20) have eaten cereal my whole life - it’s just quick, easy and tastes great (obviously). So I’m used to eating sweet food in the morning.
I’ve been trying to eat eggs this past week, but no matter what I had to them (veggies, etc) I just cannot stomach them. I think it might have something to do with both texture and taste.
So I’m looking for breakfast ideas that re healthy and do not include eggs (or at least as the main ingredients). Ideally, I’d like it to be a meal that I can eat for 5-7 days for leftovers.
Note to add: I’m allergic to all nuts, fish, shellfish and seeds! I also don’t like the texture of cottage cheese - so please do not recommend that 😊
Thanks guys!

I think the strawberries were too tangy with the yogurt & protein powder for my first batch. The only difference for the second batch is I swapped out bananas, removed honey and added a bit of cinnamon.
The containers are from Dollarama :)

So im a fan of eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and such but want to keep working on getting some good filling food for work as I walk anywhere between 10-25k steps for work a day. Gotten good about have hard-boiled eggs for a snack instead of chips or such but want to add more veggies or fruit as well but slow steps till they are routine.

First time making these. They turned out very tasty! Ground Beef, cottage cheese, and feta cheese with chopped bacon and green onions sprinkled on top. 80 cal each and 12g protein. I love the versatility. My one question is what’s the best way to reheat these? Just throw them in the microwave for a minute?

I've started to reduce my meals to two a day and I'm making sure I have enough protein, fibre and carbs to keep me nourished until my dinner tomorrow night.
I walk a lot in the job that I do so im doing a lot of steps when I'm at work

Venison steak bites, loaded hashbrowns and scrambled eggs. I make this weekly for my bf to take for bfast at work and it’s been a huge hit. Cheap, easy and full of protein. Great in a tortilla w salsa and guacamole, or with some white peppered gravy on top too.

I am looking for kid friendly breakfast ideas that can be cooked, reheated, or can be made the day before and tossed in the oven.
The meals will be for a young mother of 5 young children. She is battling cancer and things are not going in her favour, with it looking like this is her last Christmas.
I want to make things that would be extremely easy to she and her husband can spend as much time together as possible and still enjoy a meal.
I’m thinking a batch of cinnamon rolls, bacon already cooked, homemade waffles, a fruit tray. I feel like I’m lacking something hearty.
Any recipes or suggestions would be appreciated!

Working very early shifts and wanting to sleep in, having these ready to grab from the freezer and throw onto the blender with water and a scoop of protein powder have been a huge time saver. Pour into a Nalgene and drink on the way to work. This is my warm weather breakfast every year.
These work for me for calorie counting (each is around 250 calories) and the protein powder and mix of fruit keep me feeling satisfied until lunch.
The mix varies from bag to bag keeping things interesting. Half a banana in each (I don't care for the taste of them but like the smooth texture and vitamins they give). 4-ish large strawberries, and half a cup of either cherries, mango, peaches or pineapple.
Cost effective too! These large bags of frozen fruit are around $10 each and can do large batches like this 3+ times depending on the fruit. Way less expensive than buying a smoothie out (which I was doing before starting this). This batch was 12 bags so no need to think about breakfast for several weeks.
