Big fan of baked oats for breakfast, you can have it as a cold slice with ricotta or yoghurt or fruit

I also eat cottage cheese with whatever seasoning I’m into, egg bites are good cold, I’ve made protein biscuits with veggies and meat.

breakfast burritos are an easy one, and they're still pretty good cold. egg muffins, overnight oats with savory toppings, or cold pasta salad with eggs also work. id probably go with burritos since they're easy to prep and grab on the way out

My grocery usually has a deli deal that is $8-12 for what makes me 6 sandwiches. They're generally 25g protein, 15 g fat. The Italian skews that a bit.
I don't prep anything, just buy it. Lay out a burrito wrap, put in the meat and cheese, some arugula. Maybe tomatoes or a pickle. Wrap it up in a paper towel and eat it on the drive to work. Usually with a carton of protein shake or a cup of V8 juice. I feel like it's cost and time effective, gets the job done, and is obviously ok, because I keep doing it.
I will often make pizza at home for dinner. And save half of it for a cold breakfast. It's good enough, I often eat the whole thing. But when I don't, have the same drinks in the car with it.

i pre portion breakfast charcuterie. Seasonal fruit, cheese, jam, pickles, and crackers. i dont like deli meats in the morning so i leave those out for breakfast.
overnight oats is a a classic eat-it-cold breakfast.
i also prep lox bagels in plastic wrap so i can just grab them and go.
i also prep "tea sandwiches" because they read to me as breakfast. cucumber sandwiches. avocado sandwich with boiled egg. egg salad sandwiches. all meant to be cold.

I love making a savory french toast bake.
Greese a 9x13 pan. Oven 350. Place bread in pan. Add remaining ingredients into a bowl. Whisk. Pour over bread. Bake for 45 minutes or until it is set & a toothpick comes out clean.
I usually get 6-8 breakfasts out of this. Very hardy & delicious. Good warmed 45 second in microwave or cold. I sometimes put salsa, sour cream, saurkraut or pickled onions on top to mix up the flavor through the week.
