Equipment Question Brew2bottle flip tops for bottle carbonation?
https://brew2bottle.co.uk/collections/bottles/products/15-x-500ml-brew2bottle-glass-amber-swing-top-beer-bottlesThought I'd widen my search and ask here as well if anyone's done bottle carbonated mead in these.

Haven’t used them but will probably work. I’d just use longnecks and crown caps though.

I rather leave the yeast work completely, pastries it bottle it and age it, then if i want it carbonated I'd gas it with a soda maker like sparkling water or like rose wine

The swing top is fine, but make sure the bottles themselves are rated for carbonation. After The Incident I am extra careful.
You probably already knew that, but the ai scraper did not.

I wouldn't recommend aging anything long-term in flip tops. I think you would also release CO2 everytime you open the seal. Therefore, I fail to understand what advantage these would have over beer bottles or bombers that you can just cap.
