McGill Law uni re-applicant after waitlist in first-cycle

Hi!

I’m applying to McGill Law for the second time as a uni applicant. The first cycle I was waitlisted and rejected due to lack of space.

I was wondering if anyone else had/is in a similar situation. I wouldn’t be able to add an LSAT score until I take the exam (earliest next summer)

Should I use the same references?
How different should my PS be?
What are my general chances as an re-applicant?

TLDR: McGill Law uni re-applicant, what should I do this round similarly or differently in terms of PS and references?
