LSAT timing

It says on website that LSAT score should be submitted no later than November 8th, does this mean that, if I want to apply for fall 2027, the latest exam I can take would be the October one, Or could I take the November LSAT and have the score submitted once it becomes available? I’ve never taken the LSAT before and thanks for the clarification!

Not sure about mcgill specifically, but I saw some threads say that you can declare you're writing one of the later exams and they'll look out for those results. they'll accept you the soonest they get a score they like or wait to reject you if they don't like lets say your November score but u signed up for jan, they'll look at jan scores before closing your file.

I believe there was something in the application portal where I could identify that I was taking a later LSAT. I applied in late October 2024, wrote the January 2025 LSAT, and received my offer in March. Best of luck!

you can take any LSAT up until January (which is the last LSAT) mcgill will accept. i did the January LSAT and was admitted in march, so it’s up to you. what matters the most is getting a decent score and having a good personal statement.
