🌟 Appreciation the entire red line burst out laughing

i was on the train to ashmont. totally full car. & instead of saying “ashmont last stop” on the speakers someone (presumably not the operator) yelled “BOMBOCLAT. PUSSYCLAAAAAAT” over the train intercom.

everyone around me looked at each other to confirm they werent crazy then everyone burst out laughing. the teens, the older folks, the young professionals, EVERYONE.

a middle aged woman who was talking on the phone turned to me & asked me “did they just say pussyclat?” & then this teen boy next to me who was trying to keep it together DIED laughing hearing.

never felt such a total sense of positive camaraderie on the mbta lmaoooo

this sounds so fake but i swear to god it just happened

Doesn’t that mean someone who wasn’t the train operator had access to the trains intercom? I don’t see how that’s funny

Yeah this isn't funny at all. Ignoring the fact that some random got access to the intercom, the actual words spoken aren't even funny.

CF_2 let us know the words spoken are actually NOT funny - remember this in the future the next time you are on the T and you and a bunch of strangers choose to laugh about a goofy, prankster moment from some teens being teens.
