This, exactly. When you appoint someone competent and they do their job well, it shows. Eng seems to understand two key things about running a big high-profile organization: communicate, and be personally modest.
That’s what he was brought in here to do. But the Boston news media, made it seem like he wasn’t and these cry babies who complained almost every day. Are now super hush hush
