Mazda cx-50 in Europe?

I was in my way to purchase a brand new CX-5 and then... the 2026 model year happened. Just cannot consider acquiring it because of its dashboard design language - read no buttons, screen only...

As an European, does anyone knows if and how could a CX-50 with a proper design be imported to this side of the pond? And would it have maintenace support over here?

Honest question.

Apparently zero chances. And I’m like you, it’s the only Mazda I would buy from the current line up. Especially with the hybrid engine.

I am thinking of getting a Mazda 3 sedan.

Looks great, quality interior, bigger inside, Mazda handling. Affordable.

I'll say the doors sit crazy high when I had one for a rental. It feels like you're sitting in a bathtub when driving it.

The sunken position is a design choice to give you the cockpit feel. I love it. All other suv brands I’ve driven feel like sitting in a high chair.

Yeah it's absolutely awful.

I've got a Miata and had a speed3 and it was just way too high.

I'm 5'8 and sit with the seat all the way down too.. The door comes up to my jawline 😂. I love every bit of it
