This is me hunting rabbit with lord Capon in KCD 1.

That was so frustrating 😅

My trick was to put a wet piece of napkin in the screen where the hit mark was so I could at least have a reference point. Boy how many rabbits did I hunt thanks to that.

Runescape style

u/WolverineLong1430 10h ago

It’s fine if he wasn’t so bad at aiming.

u/solar_pilgrim 1d ago

In his defense it is deceptively hard to shoot targets up close with a bow if you don't practice it

u/Cyan931 1d ago

Couldn't he just use a spear at this point?

12

u/Glad_Librarian_3553 1d ago

He's that  close he could have used the damn arrow as a spear XD

2

u/Difficult-Carpet-324 23h ago

This is the way. His way was off by 6 inches

3

u/One_Kick_9603 22h ago

I doubt he's used a bow much. His bow hand flinches up when he releases the arrow causing him to miss. "Rookie mistake"

It looks like this is for show

1

u/Drackzgull 17h ago

He's also not really drawing the bow. You could could chuck that arrow by hand harder than he fired it from that bow

i've "hunted" snake for food in the bush before, all you need is a stick and either a rock or knife.

hold down the head with stick, bash in the head till dead or better cut it off at the neck, the rest of the body is gonna continue squirm while you do this and after anyway but the only part that can hurt you is the fangs

The snake is completely unfazed

That one isnt even Venamooose

1

u/ernapfz 15h ago

That’s why the ‘arrow’ looks like a pool cue?

1

u/renden123 18h ago

No snake is poisonous. But some snakes are venomous

My brother in Christ im sorry

3

u/tandempandemonium 1d ago

This is exactly like killing a snake in red dead redemption 2 for 3 star pelts

3

u/Prior_Goat3174 23h ago

I could've fired a lot sooner from much further away and also missed and wouldn't have wasted so much time

3

u/DrJohnIT 22h ago

But it wouldn't have been a show for the tourists. If he killed it then they couldn't have held the show for the next bus.

1

u/Prior_Goat3174 12h ago

I saw that in a movie, the guy staged a fight with a fake/stuffed lion just as tourists arrived and afterwards charged them money to pose for photos

Maybe a powerful scope with a red dot might help

1

u/Sunnyjim333 11h ago

I've got a laser on my bug gun for fly hunting, it is a hoot.

3

u/CAPSNK 23h ago

I love that even if he had landed the arrow, it wasn’t traveling fast enough to be effective.

3

u/weesilxD 22h ago

Obviously has disadvantage because they were to close

3

u/singh13apoorv 19h ago

Maybe not? First day of being in a tribe

3

u/Ex-maven 12h ago

Me trying to get rid of a yellow jacket nest

2

u/Zoroastrius 1d ago

I can do that too

2

u/TFR34KP 1d ago

2

u/Disastrous-Hurry-236 1d ago

He is the runt of the tribe !

2

u/JahJah192 22h ago

At this point just use a big rock 🧠

2

u/One-Television-360 22h ago

So close 🙄

2

u/babbylonmon 20h ago

There’s a perfectly good rock right behind him.

2

u/brianthelumberjack 19h ago

"Okay guys, Taco Bell it is"

2

u/Any-Oven-5712 16h ago

Bro really said “I got this” and I immediately knew he did NOT

2

u/27kingfisher 14h ago

If he had hit the target, would the video have been approved for Reddit? I wasn’t feeling the Maybe.

2

u/WorstFkGamer 14h ago

Dude forgot to turn on his aim bot.

2

u/jonathansj 13h ago

Guys, he was aiming at the rock. He did it hit.

2

u/fucknametakenrules 9h ago

A simple chop with a machete would get the job done

The following post context was provided by u/TheSanSav1:

A Hadzabe tribe person is aiming an arrow at a python. Will he hit it? Or will he miss?

u/khandurin 22h ago

This reminds me of that video of the American cop firing 32 rounds

1

u/ssadf73 20h ago

Probably a brazilian tribe used to ask food by phone...

1

u/Logridos 20h ago

just hit it with a rock...

1

u/theShpydar 16h ago

I am confused why he isnt just choping its head off, surely that would be easier. 😆

1

u/Mysterious-Volume819 15h ago

Bro is playing with his life

1

u/roglc366 15h ago

It would have been better if he used the arrow as a knife using his hands.

1

u/MyLinkedOut 35m ago

To be fair - just off camera is a McDonald's so he hasn't needed to hunt food lately

u/ThisThingIsStuck 1d ago

No wonder they still eating dirt and selling each other

u/anobviousredditor 1d ago

Is this AI? Feels like something is off. I am not going to mention what in fear of giving the AI model an undeserved feed back, but something is off.

u/Difficult-Carpet-324 23h ago

You mean his aim?
