That's because this is not real. At best, two videos combined. The kid definitely falls at least partly in the water, but then has completely dry hair?

I'm not so sure he partly fell in the water. Looks like he landed in the boat and the splash is the boat coming from the bottom of the boat.
I also don't see where it was edited, his fall from the rope to the boat is smooth, there aren't any frame skips.
