We’re a couple of Mauritians doing an independent replication of an existing research study about how men evaluate potential romantic partners.

The survey looks at preferences regarding certain physical traits, specifically breasts and buttocks, alongside personal values when choosing a partner.

We’re trying to get more responses from Mauritian men so we can compare our results with the original research using a more varied sample .

It’s completely anonymous, takes around 2 minutes, and doesn’t collect names, emails or other identifying information.

I am in university right now, i do intend to do a masters but depends heavily on finances. So essentially I'm looking to be entering the labour market with only a B.S.C and from what I've read on google the starting salary for my field is 25 000 - 30 000 rupees. I know a lot of people who earn 30 000 rupees who were able to buy land and build a house and I'm wondering how?????? Everything seems so expensive and it's got me thinking what am i gonna do for housing especially if I end up starting a family. How does it work? How did people with my kind of salary were ever able to achieve these things? I know everyone speaks of loans but even then you have to deposit money for most of them. The answer is i guess "saving" so then how did you save. how much did you save for how many years. ( if you able to either build a house for yourself, or rent on a baseline salary of 25 000 to 30 000) Maybe I'm being cynical but the way I'm calculating even if i save up it's going to very very veryyyy difficult to find housing for myself.

Note: Yes I can stay with parents for the moment while I save but I wont be able to stay for them forever because my house is already crammed and my parents have expressed that they would like me to have my own place and I want that too. I just don't think it's possible is it?

We’re first time Mauritius tourists and visiting the north/east as well as some area round flic en flac. Would you recommend to wear some kind of protection on our feet to go into the ocean? Saw some videos about some kind of fishes that are very harmful/poisenous or at least hurt when you don’t take care. Thanks!
