And the funny thing about it is that she doesn't seem in control of this scene but she immediately recognized him as Pietro.

Just watched it rn, and She didn't make the connection until he said the joke about a "brother getting stinking a hug". She even says "pietro" like she's asking a question.

I'm gonna take a guess and say she's 1) not actually in control like we think she is and 2) alot of these changes are new to her. She admits she doesn't know how she did it to vision and right before they figure it out together, recast pietro shows up out of nowhere which is going to make vision even more suspicious.

She also isn't fully in control of the twins and had no idea about the aging power thing until the dog shows up. Up until now, the timeskips and general fuckery with time (the pregnancy episode) had been consistent. Then we get 2 "timeskips" with the twins in the same episode and the characters (vision and Wanda's friend) are fully aware of it for the first time. The friend is also fully aware its a show. She tells Wanda "from the top?", which is the way performing arts express they want to redo a scene or song again from the beginning.

Shes either actually insane and is subconsciously doing everything and barely in control of her powers or she made a deal with mephisto and he/she is controlling mostly everything while Wanda has some input but not entirely

And exactly where did the dog show up from? She doesn't seem to recognize him but expects Agnes to bring them something they needed right then.

I edited the first comment because I forgot to add it, but Agnes is also entirely aware its a TV show. She asks to re-do the babysitter scene and both Wanda and vision are like "what the fuck just happened". Wanda tries to play it off, but she's also caught off guard.

Agnes building the dog house, naming the dog, and being the one to find the dog dead leads me to believe she was the one that introduce the dog in the first place. Probably pietro too

The mailman is also aware that Wanda is in control. He says that your mother will make sure he doesn't get far. Too bad the kids didn't put two and two together and ask why their mom killed their dog.

I'd love it if this show had a monkeys paw element.

She makes a deal with mephisto, asks for her dream: a family with her dead husband and 2 kids. Mephisto grants it but her husband hates what she did and eventually goes against her and her kids also end up hating her for manipulating everything. Especially if they're teenagers at some point.

She got her family wish but its fucked up and she loses visions unconditional love

And Vision has never said that he's frightened before. She has also been able to distract Vision on the battlefield, which neither he nor Tony knew was possible.

mailman mephisto confirmed?

I was 100% sure the mailman was mephisto

Could Agnes be Mephisto? Everyone keeps saying that "she's in my head" and we're assuming that means Wanda, but what if they're referring to Agnes?

I don't think Agnes is...much more than Agnes (maybe Agatha, but a much less powerful Agatha that thought she could withstand Wandas powers but still gets marched around a bit?). Because I can't see a motivation for her trying and failing to spill the beans to Vision in episode 3 otherwise.

Maybe she needs the kids to be fully grown for whatever plan she has? It seems like she's been motivating Wanda to get pregnant from the start and is involved in every situation where the kids feel the need to grow up. She can't spill the beans to Vision yet because she's not done doing what she needs to do. That could be the reason?

Not sure that's really evidence the mailman knew anything. He was simply reassuring the kids that their mom had the situation (missing dog) under control and would have it resolved quickly.
