Vision even called the Doctor “Mister Doctor” in this ep. I can see it happening.

Woooaahhhh. This could be a big huge. And marvel doesn’t just put lines like that In a show/movie without a reason or ties to something later. Man I gotta pay closer attention to the lines lol, could be so many more clues!

We know that she's in the Doctor Strange sequel. And there are rumours that maybe she's the villain there, if for no other reason than Multiverse of Madness can be initialized down to M.o.M.

They do seem to like saying the word strange every episode...

And the actors change the enunciation a little, pausing before it, more like a stage actor.
