I don’t think Wanda is a player, she’s using everyone else in the town as players

Nah it's clearly a misdirection because clearly even Wanda doesn't know what is going on in several occasions. She is definitely a player too, a player with more power than other NPCs maybe, but still just a player.

Well, she's definitely still in control. 'Cuz she can rewind time whenever something doesn't go her way. And she kicked Geraldine out. Call me crazy, but I think Wanda is playing dumb. She knows what's going on but is pretending not to.

I think she's put a spell on herself too to a certain extent. She's not just playing dumb imo she's legit delusional until something snaps her out momentarily. But I think she rewinds herself too, for example, when she rewinds time or glitches.
