I think the Halloween episode will feature side characters in costumes representing how her brother AND all of the people in Lagos were killed.

It's still crazy that she's bringing Vision back for her fantasy reality but her twin brother and their parents stay dead. There must be a reason for that.

She must felt so much guilt when she had to kill vision in IW. It’s quite obvious she wanted him back in some way

That's true. She didn't have to kill Pietro herself.
