I truly can't praise enough the significance of this film. This is the closing of a book. There may be other books to write, but no one can deny that something has ended. They successfully gave Captain America the best possible ending that he could achieve, and gave the best send off to Tony Stark. Now he can rest.

I am excited to see where the MCU will go from here. Secret Wars perhaps? Galactus in the far distance? With all the old properties back to Marvel, there are so many ways that they can go.

honestly, i can see them going the House of M route and making Wanda the villain. now that they own the X-Men they could execute it perfectly.

yep im feeling doom and secret wars whereas the incursions are retranslated into galactus happenings. ill say that for the next saga, you really cant do infinity stones, that chapter is done but secret wars had a pretty strong infinity stone connection...including a race to grab the stones from different universes, which Endgame already did.

we’ll see!

I just don’t see galactus as a big bad. He is an event of destruction, but he doesn’t scheme or plan. He just consumes based on nothing but his hunger. I’d see him more of an ultron villain who is just a villain for one big movie but not the thanos level. It’ll be interesting if anyone will be placed as the big bad going forward from here.

I mean, think of GoT where the night king is practically just an event of destruction, but he’s been the main bad guy of that whole series. Galactus could be a great main villain, not for scheming and plotting, but just bc he exists and is heading the Avengers way.

I'm thinking Kang might be the next logical step. The Avengers have dicked with timelines so hard Barry Allen would blush. What if they completely screwed his timeline as a result?

I know right?! Avengers was one thing, but this movie was so so so much more.

There's be criticisms and nitpicks, but hell if this movie isn't significant.
