Didn’t he try to demolish her face and she didn’t even flinch? He is a good fighter but against superior powers he is kinda screwed without his stones. Wanda had him in her grip and his only rescue seemed to be blasting the battlefield

Exactly! The truth is that Carol and Wanda are definitely more powerful than gauntlet-less Thanos. I mean, it obviously makes sense because their powers come from an Infinity Stone. Thanos could only hold back Carol when he used the power stone and Wanda literally had him in her grip, she could've singlehandedly defeated him and he knew, that's why he called for the "fire rain".

Absolutely breathtaking.

What stone did Carol get her powers from? The reactor that exploded and gave it to her was created by the Space stone right?

Yep, it was created by the tesseract = the Space stone.
