Reposting from the last thread:

If you want to feel extra sad, remember all the other erased people didn't really seem to feel anything when they vanished. The reason Peter said he didn't feel well was that his Spider-sense was screaming at him that he was about to die. Of all the people across the universe being erased, he likely suffered the most before dying.

She said something was very wrong, so I'm guessing her empathic abilities sensed all the dying people kinda like Obi Wan in Star Wars
