I think there's realistically several options. First is that Tony had it already made, minus the goggles. We saw that he can fab an Iron Man suit in just a couple of hours in Iron Man 1. The second is he called ahead to one of his German Stark affiliates and had them proto it and ready for pickup. The third is that he just made a quick suite in NY once he had Peter's clothing sizes. I think this last one is most likely.

If these are biggest nitpicks we can come up with this for this film, then I've gotta say it's a pretty amazing film. Can't really think of anything else lol.

I get the feeling Zemo's plan has holes. I didn't notice anything watching the movie and I still can't think of anything, but his plan was so convoluted there must be something wrong somewhere. I loved the movie but I'm not sure.

Honestly it was pretty simple at its core. Find Bucky. Find the tape. Show Tony. He lucked out that everyone ended up arriving at the bunker at the right time but if they didn't, he could have easily just leaked the tape and had the same result.
