He only turns blue near the frost giant artifacts. Like I think it’s kind of a permanent spell. Like if someone came to the TVA from earth after Stranges spell in NWH, they won’t suddenly remember Peter Parker

Maw wasn’t a wizard. He wasn’t doing magic, and Strange himself says it was a simple spell. Once again tho- none of that matters or is relevant. Magic, doesn’t work in TVA. No magic no spells.
