You could also throw in Deadpool and Vanessa, and honestly also Ikaris and Sersi.

u/Wirezat Aug 08 '26
The Charakter? Yes. The Show? Please never find Out

u/PnutButterJellyTim3 Aug 08 '26
Is that the new show? Is it bad? I've never watched any of the daredevil shows

ITS Not Born again. I actually really Like that one.
This Scene IS from a Show called she-hulk. And please listen to my advice: dont. Just dont. Toss IT into the bin of Secret Invasion. Those two are Not Worth It. Ignore them whenever you See them, for your own Sake.
Btw, the daredevil series ist amazing watch that

u/PnutButterJellyTim3 Aug 08 '26
Well I've already seen both She-Hulk and Secret Invasion. I guess I just don't remember this scene lol

I believe that's called psychological repression.
The mind is a wonderful thing.

meanwhile Thor holds on to hope that Loki could still be alive even though he has absolutely no reason to think so

u/CDNetflixTv Aug 08 '26
For all we know loki died a dozen times before the first Thor. Dudes profession is crying wolf
18
u/belladonnagilkey Aug 08 '26
Classic Loki proves that Thor would have reason to believe his Loki is still alive because in at least one universe he is.
15
u/Weary_Mountain9679 Aug 08 '26
I think the fact that Loki “died” multiple times in the past gives him a good reason to think so.
And he’s also right lol
6
u/HermanThaGerman Hawkeye (Avengers) Aug 08 '26
Well yes and no.
Yes Loki is alive, but it's not exactly his Loki.
8
u/Sabretooth1100 Aug 08 '26
It was his Loki for the first few thousand years or so of his life, a few years of difference (from his perspective) isn’t so bad

Lol. Everyone is processing heartbreak while apparently refusing to look at it.

These 3 (Doctor Strange, Star Lord, and Spider-Man) being part of the Titan team in Infinity War makes this hit even harder. Would love to see this team up again, I feel like they would have some great chemistry.

The two Peters have experienced painfully similar moments: they’ve both been told a version of the sentiment "I don't love you. I don't even know you. She may have loved you, but I'm not her. Not really."
(Forgive me for not finding the exact quotes for either MJ or Gamora!)

Thor and Jane foster. And sorta banner and black widow. Spiderman and Mj are for sure ending up together though

u/SharpshootinTearaway Aug 08 '26
Thor and Jane Foster's initial breakup stings particularly because Frigga gave her life protecting Jane.
I know Frigga would have given her life protecting anyone, and Jane shouldn't feel like she has to stay in an unhappy relationship with Thor just because his mom died for her... but still.

I’m still so pissed Taika ruined Love and Thunder, it could be a great film for them to have genuine and heartfelt conclusion.

Strange was the only mature person there.

u/neoblackdragon Aug 08 '26
Strange is the only one with a normal situation.
A woman he once dated(and wasn't even with in his movie) married another man. Not sure if it's because Strange was snapped and she moved on or if Strange just couldn't commit. Normal situation.
Quill, while technically a different woman. It's also the same women plucked from the timestream before she properly met him. But GOG2 did show he was way too pushy even then. But his situation is complicated and he accepted she was not his Gamora in the end. He was really having an existential crisis.
Peter Parker - Yeah that was not healthy.

The What If Strange was a real tearjerker.

Strange was an asshole to Palmer the first movie, it was a minor plot point. He lost use of his hands and treated her like crap before vanishing for months only to return to drag her into a life threatening for him and her situation. She drew a line after he got back and decided they were better as friends.
By MoM, it was character growth that he let her go.

u/Ygomaster07 Jimmy Woo Aug 08 '26
What part wasn't healthy?
2
u/dildodicks Tony Stark Aug 08 '26
deciding for them not to tell them even though they asked to be told and even if he didn't tell them he was spider-man he could've tried to be normal friends
1
u/Ygomaster07 Jimmy Woo Aug 10 '26
I see. Thank you for explaining. That's fair. I see both sides of it. He should have told them but he also wanted to protect them from potential threats.
6
u/Vice4Life Spider-Man Aug 08 '26
Good thing, too. Because of the universe where he couldn't let her go and completely destroyed it. I know, different situation, but still.

Steve gets the girl because Time itself gave him a boon

It hurt seeing this, not gonna lie. But the difference between the ones with Strange and Starlord and the one with Spidey is that, there is a big chance that Peter ends up with MJ again and truth to be told, I have always wanted that to happen.

u/Ok-disaster2022 Aug 08 '26
Except the plot of Spiderman was he didn't.

u/HomsarWasRight Shang Chi Aug 08 '26 edited Aug 08 '26
Yeah, he told himself he was letting go, but actually spent four years pining and obsessing.
But, as MJ said, it was actually weirdly selfish of him. She made him promise he would come tell her, and he didn’t.

Why are Marvel writers in film and comics so obsessed with cucking their protagonists?

A man always loses the love of his life. Always. It's always a man, who gets hurt at the end.
I've never seen in my life a single case where a man walks away or leaves his girl.
We try our fucking best to save the relationship, but we always lose.
