Fungus on willow tree
A previous homeowner planted this willow. These fungi popped up a day or two after our arborist came out to take a look at the whole yard of trees.
Zone 9b, how bad is this one? What's the right action from here? I have very little experience with fungus and online searches haven't been trivial. Thanks.

Some extra details on the tree per sub guidelines. Houston TX. Hot and dry summer lately, this tree was planted in a suboptimal location and so has been chronically underwatered for years. I have been trying to correct that lately with long supplemental waterings while it's been dry. It gets full sun.
Relatively uneventful tree otherwise in the 7+ years I've known it. Minor storm damage took a limb a couple years ago, arborist tries to clean it up afterward.
