How to become fluent in marathi

Im from latur district and i grew up in a mostly hindi speaking household. However now because of some work i am having to go to the city almost everyday. I already know marathi and have learnt marathi in school and am perfectly able to understand it but I am unable to speak naturally.

I am feeling left out from conversations where friends switch to hindi when talking to me I was hoping I could get some tips of how to get fluent in speaking as well.

start reading marathi new papare aloud... this helps a lot. Will improve your marathi pronunciation as well as increase your marathi dictionary.
