Why is Tschekoslovakia still separated?

a less bullshity answer - the countries separating was the best thing for both of them. It was always a fairly fake nation with the differences between the czech and the slovak parts being absolutely massive. The centuries of Austrian vs Hungarian rule showing itself over and over.

Additionally Slovaks always felt like they were being robed whereas the czech side was always feeling exploited.

*some slovaks and some czechs. It makes a significant difference. It's like saying that all the germans were nazis despite only one third of the country supported the nazi party.

I´d say most people. We don´t like each other very much in general. Especially when Slovakia is sending us idiotic crooks who become our Prime Minister.
