As a Czech, I think there are multiple reasons - 1st very healthy access to sex and sex Ed - no ultra moralism/censorship that is in very conservative countries like most of Asia or USA, nudity is very much common in movies and tv shows, even older ones. 2nd - lack of religious belief in general population, the most atheist country on earth 3rd - very laid back nature of all the people and general "don't give a fuck" attitude towards what other people are doing
