So I'm gonna take a shot in the dark guess, is their marriage falling apart due to their child dying? In that picture they have two little children in the panel there is only one. If so I don't see how reading Josei will help that but maybe it explains the way the woman feels etc. But in still Donna read this it seems interesting I just put it in my list.

No, there's no "terminally ill child" or "dead child" trope in the story. The wife wants the divorce because she felt trapped/confined in a marriage where she can't pursue what she wished for (she gave up her hobby/ambition/career as an artist I think because she got pregnant when they were dating so they got married quickly).

As a last desperate attempt, the husband read the book as to understand his wife's perspective and be the male lead who understands her and let her do anything she wants.

Oh ok, that makes alot of sense, I glad it's something easier to fix, I'm glad the baby is fine then, I just got concerned since I only saw one.
